Girl That Eats Time
Please note that the the browser version might not work too well for everybody, if you experience any issues please download the executable. Thanks
You play as 'the girl that eats time'
Your very existence passively consumes time of the world you're in. As such, in this world, the time flow accelerates and the world is slowly getting destroyed behind you.
You can collect free time of the world to consume it later and slow down the flow of time. But remember, the collected free time is also your life force (a.k.a. your health, so be mindful of it)
Controls are simple and can be changed in the game settings
- Movement: A/D or Arrow Keys (Left/Right)
- Jump: Space
- Special (consume time): E
- Interact / next text (in tutorial): F / Enter
Now run! run with all your strength until you can no longer move your legs, and when your strength betrays you, feast upon the delicious time!
This is my first published project, thank you for taking your time to play and check it out!
Please leave a comment with your thoughts and feedback! I am open to critical feedback.

Some tips that I think could improve the game
the gravity is a bit too high in my opinion and very unforgiving and hard on the double jump
the screen is so zoomed out it makes precise movement hard especially since you have so many 1 block wide jumps
no option to restart without inputing score makes it a little bit annoying to restart and the scoreboard is filled with random letter names
Nice suggestions, thanks a lot, appreciate it.
I've added a 'close' button for the username input after you die, hopefully that works well enough for most people.
I've also optimized the in-browser version a little, should run smoother now
this game is good
